Contemplative Space

Facing a large body of water, the sculptural space was designed using strong light, shadow, and viewpoints to enhance a visitor’s experience. Light coming through the roof and walls draw the visitor further into the space, leading them to a panoramic view created by ascending and descending pieces of the structure. Here, one can comtemplate on the horizon, then make their way outside to view the entire ocean.
